Plants are loved by people of all walks of life and perspective, and on neutral ground we the people have so much in common. Plants string us together, both in their creation & distribution of nutrients we rely on and in their way of filling the void between us. Furthermore, plant matter already substantiates a large amount of the global economy, and plant matter is available to replace the toxic cartel petroleum economy once it receives the right kind of support to truly spread. Plant life is literally regenerative. We are here to grow life, and it is the jungle from whence we came. There in a mutual aid we (must) have with the wild.

Our mission of creating more quality homes for diverse plants takes form in sharing enthusiastic culture, plant home match-making, and community resource centers of both plant nurseries and our Arboretum libraries. We have a vision of saving the world by growing paradises full of abundance & knowledge to share with all. We envision nothing short of a detoxification for the entire planet and a cleansing of the Global Economy to what is most effective for the wellness of all, not just what's most efficient for a few in the short-term. Orangutans, it's said, learned to live with some jungle between them after many years of conflict, and I'm wondering if maybe we can grow some green between us, tending the wilderness out of which Freedom is born.

Plants B4U has grown out of the best seasons of its founder's life. With 3 ancestors indigenous to Turtle Island, a great grandmother who fed blood to roses and a great great grandmother named Forrest Walker, it's nearly fateful that Forrest Kirk started gardening as their first job in highschool. Having self-taught theirself in herbal medicine to heal from many chronic or acute ailments, they maintained a passion for the world of what plants have to offer us just beyond the glass curtain. Studying permaculture through the Yestermorrow School of Design and applying these design skills to living with land in their many travels, Forrest's passion is connecting our needs more closely with the abundance nature has to offer all around us in both extant and potential life.
